As a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, I’ve faced the same challenges many beginners experience. From dealing with lower back pain and “mom posture” to struggling with workout routines that don’t address real goals, I’ve learned firsthand that fitness needs to be simple, effective, and sustainable to truly work.
