 Step 2: 30-Minute Assessment & Goal Setting — $25


Your journey begins with a 30-minute session where we’ll create a solid foundation for your personalized plan—helping you make the most of every workout and setting you up for lasting success During this session, we'll:
  • Assess your fitness level, your space, and the equipment you already have.
  • Take a look at your movement patterns to help prevent injury and set a strong foundation.
  • Chat about what you're currently doing and how to better support your energy and goals.
  • Review Past Wins & Challenges. What’s worked? What hasn’t? Let’s build a plan that avoids your past frustrations and sets you up for success.

This session helps us align your goals with the right strategy so your workouts are effective and doable.


✅ Step 3: First Full Training Session — 75 Minutes / $75 (or save 30% when you book 4)


Your plan officially starts with personalized coaching and hands-on support. Here’s how the session breaks down:

🕐 10 Minutes – Check-In & Support
We’ll review your last workouts, nutrition, time management, and habits. This is your chance to ask questions, share what’s working, and get help with what’s not.

🕐 50 Minutes – Workout Together
We’ll complete one focused or two split workouts, depending on your energy and focus. I’ll guide you through form, breathing, rep tempo, and technique—making real-time adjustments as needed.

🕐 15 Minutes – Planning & Strategy
We’ll craft your next 2–3 workouts, create a habit or nutrition tracker, and set short-term goals. We’ll also troubleshoot barriers like time, energy, or motivation. You'll leave with a clear plan and tools to keep you moving forward.

✨ You’ll also receive printed copies of everything we create together—your workout calendar, trackers, and notes.

Your first session is a 30-minute consultation followed by a detailed assessment. We’ll discuss your fitness goals, review your current fitness level, and take stock of the equipment you have at home. This session is designed to gather all the necessary information so we can create a customized plan that aligns with your goals and available resources. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for your fitness journey.

2. Do I need any special equipment?
No! All sessions are designed to work with the equipment you already have at home. Whether it's dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your body weight, I’ll assess what you have during your first session and create a plan that works with your available resources. You don’t need to buy anything new to get started!

3. How long are the sessions?
The initial session (assessment) lasts 30 minutes, while each full training session lasts 75 minutes.Each full session includes time for check-in, a guided workout, and planning for the week ahead, ensuring you leave feeling supported and confident.

4. When can I schedule my sessions?
Sessions are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM in Hagerstown, MD. After you fill out the application, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you within these hours. If you can't make this schedule work, check out my fully remote personal training!
