1. What can I expect during my first session?Your first session is a 30-minute consultation followed by a detailed assessment. We’ll discuss your fitness goals, review your current fitness level, and take stock of the equipment you have at home. This session is designed to gather all the necessary information so we can create a customized plan that aligns with your goals and available resources. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for your fitness journey.
2. Do I need any special equipment?
No! All sessions are designed to work with the equipment you already have at home. Whether it's dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your body weight, I’ll assess what you have during your first session and create a plan that works with your available resources. You don’t need to buy anything new to get started!
3. How long are the sessions?
The initial session (assessment) lasts 30 minutes, while each full training session lasts 75 minutes.Each full session includes time for check-in, a guided workout, and planning for the week ahead, ensuring you leave feeling supported and confident.
4. When can I schedule my sessions?
Sessions are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM in Hagerstown, MD. After you fill out the application, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you within these hours. If you can't make this schedule work,

5. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! FitFlow Workouts is specifically designed for women who are new to fitness, want to lose weight, or feel stuck in their current routine. Whether you’ve never worked out before or are looking to get back into it, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.

Yes! While I don’t prescribe specific meal or calorie plans, we’ll discuss practical, sustainable changes to support your fitness goals. I’ll help you integrate nutrition strategies that fuel your body and keep you energized.
