How long are the workouts?
The length of your workouts depends on your schedule and goals. I’ll customize your plan to fit your time availability—whether it's a quick 10-minute session during lunch, a 30-minute evening workout, or a longer 60-minute session on other days. The choice is yours!

Do I need a lot of equipment?
Not at all! I tailor your plan based on the equipment you already have—whether it’s just a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, or even bodyweight exercises. If you’re looking to add new equipment, I can recommend options based on your goals and progress.

How do I access my workout plan?
Your personalized plan will be available through Everfit, a user-friendly platform where you can access your workouts, track your progress, and communicate directly with me. You can download the Everfit app to get easy access to your plan and receive helpful reminders to stay on track.

What if I’m new to fitness or haven’t worked out in a while?
That’s perfectly fine! I specialize in creating beginner-friendly plans. Your workouts will be designed at your level and will gradually increase in intensity to help you progress safely and effectively.

How do I communicate with you during the program?
You can message me directly through the Everfit platform. I respond to all questions within 1-3 business days, and you can also submit videos of your form for feedback.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the plan?
I’m committed to your success! You can back out at any time before completing your payment. Once payment is made, I do not offer refunds due to the personalized nature of the service. However, if you need any adjustments or have concerns, I’m here to work with you and ensure the plan meets your needs.

What if I get sick or have to pause my workout?
Life happens! If you need to take a break due to illness or other temporary circumstances, just let me know. We can pause your plan up to 2 weeks and pick back up when you're ready. I’m here to work with you and make adjustments to keep you on track, no matter what life throws your way.

However, if the interruption is more serious—such as an injury or a long-term issue that prevents you from continuing for more than 2 weeks—we can stop the program and I’ll refund the remaining days. This ensures that we’re both committed to your success, and we’re being fair with the time and effort involved.

What if I need to adjust my plan?
No problem! If something isn’t working for you or you need adjustments, just let me know. I can modify your plan as needed to ensure it continues to challenge you and fit your lifestyle!

Why is there an application process?
The application process helps me ensure that I can truly help you reach your goals and provide a personalized plan that fits your needs. By understanding your fitness level, goals, and available equipment, I can create a program specifically tailored to you. Additionally, the application includes a questionnaire to determine if you need clearance from a doctor before starting the program. This ensures that your safety is prioritized and that the plan is suitable for your health and fitness level. It also helps us make sure we're a good fit before you commit to the program, so you can get the best possible experience and results.

What’s NOT Included in This Program?
  • Live 1-on-1 Training Sessions – This is a self-guided program with structured workouts, video demos, and messaging support, but it does not include live coaching calls.
  • Personalized Meal Plans or Nutrition Coaching – While I can offer general tips, this program does not include custom meal plans or in-depth nutrition guidance.
  • Instant Responses – I respond to messages within Everfit in 1-3 business days, but this is not a real-time coaching service. 
  • Gym-Based Workouts – This program is designed for at-home training. You can use it in a gym if you prefer, but the workouts are structured around home-friendly equipment.

About my journey...

I’ve always loved fitness and even earned a degree to become a PE teacher. But when I became a stay-at-home mom, I realized I wasn’t making progress with my own fitness. Simple tasks like laundry started causing lower back pain, and I wanted to lose fat and build muscle to feel stronger and more toned.

I turned to YouTube videos for guidance, but they didn’t offer a real plan or structure. I wasn’t sure what weight to use or how to progress over time. That’s when I decided to take control and become a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist.

Even with my certifications, I still struggled to stay consistent, especially with gym interruptions. I knew I needed a better solution, so I created my own at-home workout plan using simple tools like dumbbells and resistance bands—and it worked.

I not only saw improvement in my strength but also in my posture and overall confidence. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck, and that’s why I’m passionate about helping others with simple, effective, and sustainable fitness plans that work for their unique lives.
